Recombinant human IFN-γ (IFN-γ ) is mostly produced by activated T cells, NK cells and NKT cells. It can bind to the γ-interferon receptor to activate the receptor to regulate the JAK-STAT pathway; it can also promote macrophage activation, upregulate the expression of antigen processing and presentation molecules, promote the differentiation and activation of Th1 cells, promote the function of NK cells and regulate the function of B cells. It has important biological significance in anti-tumor, treatment of viral infection and immune regulation.
